Forms in use at public offices

Documents relating to internal operations: for example budgets, statements, procedures, financial statements and estimates

Laws and

acts of parliament such as the Constitution, legislative decree, decree law, royal decrees etc.

Documents that create a collaborative relationship between entities: for example conventions, framework agreements, partnerships and sponsorships

Documents such as minutes, meeting agendas and questions.

Any document, even of a technical nature, published by the administration (such as slides, general publications, technical reports, project documents, guidelines other than those of Article 71 of the Digital Administration Code)

All documents relating to programming and reporting activities. For example: budgets, public works programme, single programming document, annual anti-corruption report, cyclical performance documents.

Databases are made publicly available in a format that can be processed automatically by software
