The contribution is received by persons with a 100% civil invalidity certificate and who receive the accompanying allowance and who meet a number of economic requirements as indicated below
What to do
To obtain the grant, you must submit an online application or book an appointment at the Social Policies Office.
The online application can be submitted by logging in with SpId, entering the required information, checking that the information is correct and submitting it.
The application can be submitted by anyone, as long as they have a power of attorney from the dependent person. It is also necessary that the dependent person has residence and domicile within the municipality, does not live permanently in a residential care facility and has an ISEE income of less than 25,000 €.

- document proving recognition of INPS accompaniment allowance
- ISEE certificate with a value of less than € 25,000
